Scanwiches

Here’s some tasty inspiration for all of the foodies out there. Enjoy these sandwiches from a cool site we stumbled across in WIRED Magazine earlier this year (June 2009). Scanwiches.com literally has hi-resolution scans of sandwich cross-sections from deli’s all around New York City. We’ve included some of our favorites based on looks alone. If you make an incredible sandwich, and want to scan it, and send it to us (red@reddoorla.com), we’ll be sure to give you some sandwich props.

   I read that article on the plane last month. They should have went to Katz’s deli & scanned a hot pastrami, then let me eat it.
